Terms of Service

Welcome to MoodScanr. By accessing or using our Web Application and Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Effective Date: July 28, 2026

1. Agreement & Acceptance

MoodScanr is operated by Innovation Tek Ltd ("Innotek", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account or downloading our browser extension, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use MoodScanr strictly in accordance with applicable laws and YouTube API Terms of Service. You shall NOT:

  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security measures of the MoodScanr platform.
  • Use automated scrapers or bots to extract data from our service beyond our provided APIs.
  • Use the service for unlawful harassment, defamation, or unauthorized surveillance.

3. Subscriptions & Stripe Billing

Paid subscriptions (Pro Plan) are processed securely through Stripe Checkout ($9.99/month). Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle end date. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard billing controls.

4. Limitation of Liability

MoodScanr provides sentiment analysis and AI summaries "as is" without warranty of any kind. Innovation Tek Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service usage or temporary YouTube API disruptions.
